Popular high-end precision gaming peripheral and accessories maker Razer has stepped into Xbox 360 console gaming arena with a new controller and headset. Onza Professional Gaming Controller and Chimaera  Professional Gaming Headset are the two new gaming peripherals for Xbox 360 for $50 (Rs. 2,400 approx.) and $130 (Rs. 6,250 approx.). Both the peripherals are for Xbox 360 worldwide, but Razer hasn’t announced the release date.

Microsoft’s Xbox 360 gaming console now gets a new black coloured Razer Onza Professional Gaming Controller with Razer Hyperesponse Technology. This Hyperesponse technology based buttons that are meant to give crisp, tactile feel and give faster actuation. Gamers can adjust the Tension-level of the Analog sticks and thereby game with their own comfort level. This controller also features a multi-function button that can be programmed to perform specific actions in the game. The sad part about this controller is that it’s wired so will remind you of sixth generation gaming consoles.

Want to enjoy campaigns and multiplayer sessions without disturbing your folks? In comes the new Razer  Chimaera  Professional Gaming Headset that offers circumaural design for comfort. For crisper and more realistic sound, Chimaera Headset supports 5.1-Channel Surround Sound system. The Daisy-Chain Cable System will allow connecting multiple Razer base stations to create a private and direct in-game communication channel.

With no release date in sight we hope they don’t stretch it till the Game Developers Conference 2010 to be held from March 9-13 at San Francisco.
